About Me

Hi, I’m David a systems technician and tech enthusiast with a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and a passion for solving real-world problems through smart, efficient tech solutions.

I’ve built a career around supporting users, managing systems, and securing digital environments—from deploying custom Windows images and managing Apple devices, to configuring cybersecurity tools. Whether it’s onboarding new employees, building documentation, or troubleshooting network issues, I take pride in delivering IT that just works—and makes sense to the people using it.

Outside of work, I spend time in my home lab experimenting with Docker, Linux servers, and self-hosted tools like Pi-hole, Immich, and OpenWebUI. I enjoy breaking things (on purpose), testing new ideas, and keeping my skills sharp by constantly learning.

Technology should empower people, not confuse them. That’s why I bring a user-first mindset to everything I do, blending curiosity, patience, and technical know-how to help others get the most out of their systems.

Feel free to reach out if you’d like to connect, collaborate, or talk about IT, home labs, or new tech.
